"Earlier this year, once I realized
I could complete a triathlon, I made three goals for myself. I wanted
to average over 18 mph in a tri on the bike. I've done it twice. I wanted
to finish an Olympic distance race in less than 3:15 which I accomplished in Cleveland
and today I met my third goal to beat the 9 minute mile mark in a 5K. I ran
a pace of 8:55 on a hard, hilly course which a few months ago seemed impossible. Thanks
for helping me meet those goals.

"I dropped my 1000M swim time from last year (same timeframe) by 2:09!! Dropped
my PR by 58 seconds. My 300 meter split was 4:55, which is :13 faster than my fastest Azalea swim
time. My 500 meter split was 8:25, which is :41 seconds faster
than my last year's MAP swim time. Very happy today, Thanks TRImyCoach!"
